Terms of Service

The terms governing use of the DuskOS autonomous trading research platform during its paper-trading beta.

1. What DuskOS is

DuskOS is research and automation software. It runs AI agents that analyse markets and simulate trades. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or portfolio manager.

During the current beta the platform executes paper (simulated) orders only. Real-money routing is disabled at the order boundary.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Broker credentials you connect are stored encrypted and used only to place and read orders you or your swarms authorise.

3. No investment advice

Nothing produced by DuskOS — research briefs, chart analysis, signals, directives, or agent commentary — is investment, legal, or tax advice. All output is generated by statistical models and may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date.

You alone decide whether to act on anything the platform produces.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use DuskOS for market manipulation, to breach exchange or broker rules, to attack the service, or to resell access without written permission.

We may suspend swarms or accounts that threaten the stability, cost, or legality of the service.

5. Availability

The beta is provided as-is, without uptime guarantees. Data feeds, AI providers, and brokers are third parties and can fail or rate-limit at any time; agents fall back to reduced-capability behaviour when they do.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DuskOS is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Changes

These terms may change as the product leaves beta. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
