What data DuskOS collects, why it is collected, and how it is stored and shared.
What we collect
Account data: email address and authentication identifiers.
Platform data: swarms you create, goal prompts, agent reasoning, positions, trade outcomes, memory entries, and credit usage.
Integration data: encrypted broker and connector credentials you choose to connect.
Operational data: engine tick telemetry and error logs used to keep the runtime healthy.
Why we collect it
To run your swarms, manage simulated positions, show your history, meter compute usage, and improve reliability. Trade outcomes are also used to train your own agents' memory — your data is not used to train other users' agents.
Third parties
Model inference runs through the Lovable AI gateway. Market data comes from public and broker feeds. Authentication and storage run on our managed database provider. Prompts and market context are sent to model providers to produce agent output.
Storage and access
Data is stored with row-level access rules so a user can read only their own records. Credentials are encrypted at rest. Operational telemetry is not exposed to users.
Your choices
You can delete a swarm at any time (its history is distilled into your agents' memory before removal), disconnect brokers, and request account deletion by contacting support.
